Getting errors on desktop and machine is constantly restarting randomly. chk dsk doesn't pick up anything, but running SeaTools found errors on the drive. the error that pops on screen is 'the instruction at 0x00000 referenced memory at 0x00000. the required data was not placed'. do these drives fail often? How do i get replacement. Thanks

Hi @Seain
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us perform these steps to resolve this issue:
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
If the issue persists, let us run a test on the hardware components of the PC
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- Perform System Test > Extensive test. Share the result on your next post.
