reset pass word

Window is asking for a password which i dont remember or have. We it ask for forgot pass word reset. It need a USB media reset disk.

IF you did not already create the USB password reset device, it is too late to do it now.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
