hi

tried to reset computer after a while say's cannot reset .

but now face recognition and pin no longer work. tried to reset a few times but same result

will not reset.  comp is a Pavilion all in one 24-xa0005na

Hi:

 

See if your model is supported by the cloud recovery client utility.

 

With that, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10.

You will need another working Windows PC for this task.
