I can't reset my laptop; the setting buttons will not work, and I tried to use f11 on startup, but it keeps saying unable to reset. Any other ways to reset it?

I see that you are facing issues with resetting your HP HP Stream - 11-Ak0010nr

 

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

  1. Press the Shift Key and click Restart
  2. Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment
  3. Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
  4. Choose to keep nothing
  5. Then start the Reset
