Greetings @SIMONVG

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Yes, CSM, or Legacy support on HP MBs, must be disabled.

Since about 2013 HP has shipped all consumer PCs with Secure Boot enabled/Legacy support disabled.

Many HP UEFI MBs, although technically supporting Resizable Bar and above 4G Decoding, simply don't provide these BIOS options.

Retail MBs (Asus, Asrock, and others) usually provide Resizable Bar options in the advanced CPU sub-settings menu or in the advanced PCIe sub-settings menu.

Some retail MBs provide BIOS: Resizable Bar/ Above 4G Decoding settings on the main BIOS landing screen.

I can't tell you where Resizable Bar is located in your PC's BIOS settings, if your BIOS supports this configurable BIOS option, because I don't have your PC and have never worked with your PC's MB.

You would have to disable Legacy support, if it is enabled (HP factory defaults are usually Secure boot enabled, Legacy support disabled), save settings, and restart the PC. Then enter the BIOS again to check all BIOS settings to see if Resizable Bar is available.

Or a different HP Forum member, having your MB, could provide a definitive answer.

Regards
