Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I lost higher resolution.  In control box I can only get 1600x1200.  I need, and used to have with the same monitor (changed domicile) 1920x -----.  How can I get higher resolution.  Win7 video card unknown.

@Cody93 You may want to install the original drivers of the graphics card back on your device, in case of a recent windows update that may have made changes to the way your drivers work, 

Click here to find and install the drivers for your device > Look under Driver-Original.

 

If you continue to have issues, please perform a system restore to an earlier date it had been working without the resolution issue: Click here for details.

Thank you for the reply. I shall continue to work on the problem, with your advice. I find no driver upgrade. I have been using a RGB cable.  I have ordered a HDMI to DVI cable that may make higher resolution possible.  I have  no idea why I formerly had good resolution with the RGB, but before restoring, I shall try the new cable.
