You claim to be using a "gateway" computer -- and we only provide support here for HP computers.

If it IS an HP computer, then please provide the detailed model number.

Also, is it REALLY running Windows XP -- or it that false information, as well?

If it IS an HP computer, then please provide the detailed model number.

Also, is it REALLY running Windows XP -- or it that false information, as well?

I asked for the product number -- and "slim line" is not that.  Look on the case for a sticker -- it will have the product number.

 

I also asked for the actual OS version, as I suspect it is NOT Windows XP.

 

If you won't provide accurate information, how do you expect us to provide useful assistance?
