restore lost software

does anyone know how to recover  the programs that are removed after windows 10  update and put into a folder on the desktop. these programs where originally installed on computer when i purchased it.  I really need microsoft office 2013 put back but cant figure out how to do it. System restore only goes back to update date nothing father.

What is the full model or product number of your computer?  I need this information to see which programs were installed when you bought the computer.

@ducecoop32, exactly what I needed!

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  At the bottom of the page, in the section titled "Software", is a list of the software that can be reinstalled with the Recovery media.  It appears that you must have purchased MSFT Office when you bought the computer.  You will have to contact their Customer Support for help with reinstalling it.
