Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i want to play games and do stuff which its not letting me do it has like restriction like a school computer i don't know why i cant play games/ like roblox,geforce,1v1.lol, i don't know whats happening can you guys help me "PLS" i really want to play games as it is a sad weekend for me please help me fix this issue.!!!

Sorry but its a hp 11 i think / 14 1 of those wont let me play games on this thing for sum reason bought it for like 60
