HI,
I've been using the "rom family ssid 843b" update since I installed it, but I can't access my windows profile on this pc anymore. The other 2 profiles on the pc work fine. How can I get it back or uninstall this update please?
Thanks

Hello
it is generally not possible to uninstall a bios update like this
that said, you indicate that you have two profiles that work, if I understood correctly, in which case, there is probably no connection
Please be more specific about this profile issue.
what exactly is going on?
You will probably be forced to recreate a profile, once done recover the data from the damaged profile
when you are sure that everything is ok, you can delete this profile
