Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000i (4N5D8AV)

Help ! yesterday and intermitantly when I fired up my pc the  home screen produced the usual P/W box, however, as soon as I tried to enter my P/W the screen fuzzed up, the box turned solid black and the thing is locked, now its perminantly stuck like that ?

Do you see any LED lights on the keyboard keys ?


Try a power drain by following the below steps:
Disconnect the charger and other accessories from the PC.
Now, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Once done, please release the button, now connect the charger and now power On the PC.
