I'm not sure where to get it, but I can tell you that even if you found one, unless you are quite experienced, if would be a difficult repair. This is best left for a pro. It will also be expensive.
What about just using an external monitor? You can find a 24" for just over $100.
Do you really need the touch?
I have 3 laptop and a 27" AIO all touch and I NEVER use the touch features. FYI, I would never buy a touch model, all of mine are from clients who had problem (ie bad drives) who bought never models and gave me their old parts.
I prefer HP mini's Then you can get any cheap screen. Most of my clients have monitors are their home / office / country places and bring the tiny HP mini along when they travel.
