Greetings @shiz_joz
Welcome to the HP Forum.
A "Driver_PNP_Watchdog" error usually means a driver has failed to complete a PNP operation within a specific time.
Your Diskpart Forum image is listing Disk 0 at 114 GBs. Maybe Disk 0 (your Forum image) could be about a 125 GB system drive?
What is the capacity of the system drive installed in your PC?
Please provide a specific HP Product Number.
Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.
Windows 11 Setup may need an Intel storage driver if you have an Intel based PC and HP diagnostic tests pass. Meaning the system disk is healthy.
You could try a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC qualifies.
