Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

On my PC's  sdxhelper.exe crashed keep popping up only on windows2016, any solution?

I have several users with different PCs (ZBook 15, 840G1 and ProDesk 600) within my office that are having the same SDXhelper issue. I have ran a repair and reinstall but the error continues.
