ok i had an issue of hardware which is resolved but when ever it is switched on it is asking for a security key.. which was not happening before repair.. i m worried please look int the matter asap.

This is a user Forum for the most part. 

 

Sounds like you have a W11 Device Encryption problem.

 

I would disable Device Encryption in Control Panel if you have the key and can load Windows.

 

You may have to contact HP Support if you can't run Windows.
