i can't turn my computer back on when i put it in sleep mode

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

It would be good if you provided a specific HP Product number. 

 

I can't be more specific but a wake from sleep problem could be a hardware driver problem, or hardware problem, or even an optional peripheral connected to the PC. A hardware problem is any component connected to the MB, including the MB or the power supply.

 

Or settings in Power Options or Device Manager for a device/component have been changed to prevent wake from sleep.

 

I have many PCs running W11. Sleep functions work really good, no problems.
