Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite Base Model Small Form Factor PC

Hi, I need help with my HP PC. My keyboard and mouse aren’t working, and I’ve tried different USB ports and devices, but nothing works—even in BIOS. I think it might be a hardware issue. What should I do next?

How did you get to the BIOS without mouse and keyboard function?

 

It sounds like the PC has video function.

 

Maybe your PC got a bad BIOS update from: HP or Windows Update? But I need more info.
