start icon ,and some icons of taskbar cannot be open or use by normal left click

Hi,

I was working with my laptop,and after a while I want to disconnect the wifi. But it is to say that the wifi icon on taskbar ,battery icon,start icon ,notifications icon ,etc. are not responding to left click. After then I try to shut down the system , the windows icon either on the task bar or on the keyboard is not responding. 

I have to right click on each of them to use it,from sleep,shutdown,to disconnect wifi .

Kindly help me to solve this issue.

If the issue persists, try creating a New User Account and check if the issue persists in the New User Account
