I have an OMNI 120 all in one desktop. I received an error message “start menu isn’t working.
I was downloading hard drive instructions for a laptop and when it was done, I received the error message.

- Step 1: Remove discs and devices
- Step 2: Perform a hard reset
- Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
