Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after sudden electr. shut down the computer works well, but the LED on front shows always changing red/blue/green instead of only green. I took the el. cable away and pressed the startbutton 20 s, but no change

Both the sudden power off and then return to power can cause issues with PCs.  The first tends to corrupt the Windows file system, preventing the PC from rebooting into Windows.  If yours is still booking OK, then that did not happen to yours.

 

The second can be a power SURGE and that can damage internal components -- which is why my desktops are connected to surge protectors.  Unfortunately, we have no diagnostics to check for that, and my guess is that is what happened to your PC.
