i’m having horrible problems with my HP it’s sooo slow i’ve tried everything any youtube video you can think of i’ve tried. i have absolutely nothing on this computer i’ve cleared everything rebooted restarted changed settings ect. it pretty much unusable yet i still use it because im too broke for a new one. the memory says it’s at 3.4 GB out of 3.8 GB but i only have a few tabs open (literally nothing saved on this computer) disk constantly shooting between 0% & 100% CPU 50% -60% 3.09 GHz wifi S:0 R:0 Kbps GPU 1% i’m not sure exactly what all this means i’m not a computer expert i’m upset i even bought this computer it runs horribly and i’ve tried everything to fix it i don’t want to take it to a shop and dump a bunch of money into it just for it to revert back or end up fixing the wrong thing id rather invest in a newer computer if you know what i mean 😕 i have a All in One 27-dp0xxx this computer is no longer in warranty its manufacturer date is 2020 so i it’s really not that old, please help!

Greetings @paceyC

Welcome to the HP Forum.

27-dp0xxx is a generic product number. So it is not possible to review your specific PC's MB specs.

It looks like, from your problem description, this PC has 4 GBs of RAM. This will drop system performance if Windows has to use the paging file. If your PC has a slow platter HDD it will run like molasses when the paging file is in use.

I don't know the performance specs of the CPU installed in your PC's MB. It would be a mobile CPU. Some mobile CPUs will run at lower frequencies which will reduce system performance.

There are many variables involved in getting a PC to run faster.

Check this Site for tips on speeding up your PC.

Not much one can do with a AIO PC if the hardware is the main cause of slow performance.

Regards
