Product: Pavillion 23-q112
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have 2 problems:

1. SXUPTP driver not working

2. System firmware 1.2.1 not working

Reinstalled Windows but that did not help ... anyone have a solution?

need specific instructions on how to "close the belkin network hub's tray application" ... I have tried just about everything I know what to do to "close the belkin network hub's tray application" and can't find it ... thanks ...

Press CTRL-ALT-DELETE and click to start the Windows "Task Manager".

Switch to the "Processes" tab.

Select that Belkin process.

Right-mouse click on the process, and click "End Process".
