Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tengo una HP 15-cs0053cl que cuando la prendo solo se queda en el logo HP y no carga el sistema operativo, tengo que volver a apagarla y prender para que muestre el circulo de carga del SO, nunca arranca a la primera encendida, no se que hacer.

 

siempre tengo que prenderla y volver a apagar para que cargue el sistema operativo
