the drop down list from HP Cloud Recovery don't have my pc model

1. My device blue screen and i have successfully install Window 11. But how to restore pre-installed MIcrosoft office home 2021 for my device ?
2. The drop down list from HP Cloud Recovery don't have my model: HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W761AV). Please advise.

Try the HP Cloud Recovery Tool at this HP Site to see how it goes. You must input the full product number.

I use Libre Office (free).

But I would think your Microsoft account should contain the Office product key and give you a download/installation option if you previously had an activated copy of Office.

Have you checked your Microsoft account for the Office product key? Look at Services and Subscriptions within your Microsoft account for the Office product key.

Or HP might have provided Office product key documentation when you purchased this PC.
