the keys are not working when i use a mouse in a third party software

Very difficult to assist using information provided.

 

Sounds like the keyboard is not working with a mouse and some, undefined, third party software.

 

I have never seen this happen (anything is possible) over 33 years of computing.

 

Impossible to assist in this situation.

 

You would need to provide more details.

 

I may not be able to provide a solution using more information. Nothing is certain in life.
