This might be the result of having installed the HP Smart Universal Print Driver

and

the HPSUPD driver is not compatible with your printer

OR

You do not have an HP printer and installed the HPSUPD driver

or

the HPSUPD driver is compatible with a connected HP Printer on your network -- and is not configured correctly

Ideas >> Might -- or might not -- be relevant...

If you have an HP Printer,

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Right-Click on your printer > Printer Properties > Tab Advanced

If other then the main HP printer driver is selected in the "Driver:" list,

(then)

Select the HP named printer driver

Click OK / Apply to save and exit.

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Check the visible list of products on the screen.

If one of these is for the HPSUPD driver,

Right-Click on that device / driver > Remove or Delete (as available)

If you remove / delete / change anything, Restart the computer and log in.
