I'm trying to make a recovery flash memory from my personal computer for this laptop, but showing that there is no valid ID. Please advise

You're using the wrong utility.

 

For HP business class PC's you have to use the HP cloud recovery client utility on your notebook's support page, which uses the serial number, not the product number to create the recovery media with.
