Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Copy and paste this post in the HP Notebook Support Community.

 

I mainly work with Desktops and can provide limited assistance.

 

Check this HP Site for touchpad troubleshooting tips.

 

Check Device Manager in Control Panel for any HID or USB driver errors.

 

Chances are you may have a hardware problem if you see no Device Manager errors and you can't get the touchpad working.
