Try these steps to update the computer -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hi,
Start by downloading and installing the HP UEFI Diags
ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99102.exe
The switch off the PC. Turn it on and start tapping F2
Choose your language, select component tests and choose Touch Screen.
If touch screen is selectable, run the tests. if all pass, then there's no hardware issue.
If touch screen IS NOT an option to select, then that means that the TS is not detected by the system.
The only thing you can try is to go into BIOS (F10) and load setup defaults and try again.
If the TS tests passed, then it may be a driver or WIndows issue. As far as I know, there's no drivers for the TS for Win10. They're not required as Win10 already supports it.
You could try doing an F11 full system recovery and see if that brings the TS back.
