Pavillion 20 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

trying to find out if there was ever an update to the BIOS for a Pavillion 20 All-In-One. if so, how will it effect this computer since it was originally windows 7 then went to 8, 8.1, and finally windows 10

there are many version/configurations/models of the Pavillion 20 All-In-One.  You can find support for the particular model by looking here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en

Then either enter the complete model number or let HP query the PC by clicking on the "Let HP detect your product".  Once either one of those choices are completed, it should then proceed to the support page for that model.  You will find BIOS updates under the "Software and drivers" section.

Since that PC first came with Windows 7 and then upgraded to Windows 8/8.1, there will most likely not be any recent BIOS updates.
