Hi, my HP Notebook - 15-bw030nr has had problems since I updated the display driver in January (image provided at the bottom). It's been having major screen flickering issues; it never works whenever I try to fix it. It keeps me locked on the hp boot-up screen, and if I try uninstalling the display driver update, it says it happened an error, and it says it has an error if I try to factory reset it. I don't know how it fixes it anymore, and I don't have the money to take in for a check-up please, I am asking for help on this.

Hi:
The PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility: You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
Since you have to use another PC to install the tool on, you will need to enter the product number for your PC to create the recovery media, which is: 1KV16UA#ABA
