Hi,
Please provide a specific product number to check the PC's configuration.
It is not possible to extend a volume from one disk to another disk unless you are using Dynamic Disks.
You will have to move some data from the smaller operating system disk to the larger data disk, which is using a Basic Disk configuration, to create free space on the system disk.

Hi!
When your one SSD has two partition, and you cant unite this, you need to save date from last partition and you can add to your C:\.
Easus free partitioning tool maybe can unite your partitions.
Whe you have two different storge (1 ssd, and other or ssd and hdd) I not recommend instruction above.
When you have other disk with free space, just move your date: games, pictures, and videos to D:\
Maybe you can free up extra space with deleting older windows updates:
Right click on C:\ Drive. > Properties > somewhere is a "cleanup" menu. Click > Check "delete system updates" option, and accept all.
