HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After moving and attempting to set up all in one HP pc in new home, when I turn it on I get an unsupported power adapter error alert with long and short warning tones. I have tried plugging in the machine into different outlets and that does not solve this issue. I hesitate to do a hard reset because I don't want to lose all my files. on the hard drive.
