i have  the HP DREAMSCREEN 400 . i want to upgrade my pc RAM , processor and a good GPU . CAN I MAKE CHANGES in my pc? if not can  i change the wholw motherboard of pc . and also let me know about the exchanging policy of HP

HP Recommended

HP does not have any trade-in policy, so you can not trade this in for something newer.

 

And, from what little info I could find, this is simply a photo frame -- not an actual All-in-One PC, so there are no upgrades you can do to it.
