> I have 32" RCA Roku smart TV. It has HDMI, A/V, Cable.
Your computer: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c01715976#
has "Integrated graphics using Intel GMA 3100", and "also supports PCI Express x16 graphics card".
That "integrated" video uses a VGA port, which is not compatible with HDMI nor A/V nor cable.
So, you need to install a PCI-Express x16 graphics adapter, which has HDMI output.
That will automatically disable the "integrated" video.
Connect an HDMI cable from this graphics adapter to the HDMI port on your TV.
Using the TV's remote control, select the "input" to the TV to be the HDMI-port.
Done.

Please let us know what is your TV. We need to know what are available ports on it.
Regards.
