Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U9AV)

hii I'm literally suffering from the upper panel screen flickering issue in my hp victus whenever i open my microsoft edge,   i don't know what the problem is well this is my first hp laptop I have ,to be precisely I have hp victus rygen7 5800h rtx3050 when i receive the product from the store from then the upper panel of edge start flickering and sometime it is completely blackout for a milli sec not continuously but randomly anytime and my system is UpToDate.

my insta have the same issue on this laptop but in reels segment.

I see that you are facing display screen issues with your Victus By HP 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop 15-Fb0000 (598U9AV).

 

Please follow the steps listed below.

 

- Disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.

- Try connecting and external monitor and check.
