Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting an system error from a system that claims it is from McAfee.  However I have Norton. It keeps popping up but other than that I have nothing affected.  It claims a system error.  I was looking at a site and it came up.  I did not go into it but turned my computer off.  How can I get rid of this?   thanks  Or do I really have a virus and to this point have no idea what is wrong.

Please try out the suggestions offered by (the real) McAfee website (after all, they definitely don't like fake McAfee messages either): McAfee KB - Your browser displays fake McAfee notifications (TS102999)
