wHILE WATCHING YOU TUBE THE MONITER GOES OFF SCREEN AND i HAVE TO CLICK INTERNET ICON TO BRING SCREEN BACK ON. THIS HAPPENS SEVERAL TIMES EACH DAY. THE COMPUTER IS ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING.

It is annoying to type only in capital letters.

If you purchased the computer less than 12 months ago, contact HP Support, because they offer a 12-month warranty to repair/replace your computer, at their expense.

But, I do not know whether you have a "software" problem (not covered by warranty) or a "hardware" problem (probably covered by warranty).

This could very likely be a SETTINGS issue as it sounds like the screen is going black after a while.  Is that what you mean by saying "the monitor goes off screen"?

Then, you say you click "the internet" -- but of course, you can't actually click "the internet", so WHAT is it you are really clicking that brings the screen back?

if you can click on the network icon, your screen is not off
when you watch the youtube video are you in full screen ??
if you try by minimizing the window youtube , what happens ...
