Steps to Reset Your HP All-in-One PC:
Back Up Important Files:
- Before performing the factory reset, ensure you back up all important files on an external drive or CD/DVD. You might lose all data during the reset.
Correct Startup or Boot Issues:
- Ensure there are no startup or boot issues that could interfere with the recovery process. For more information, see HP PCs - Computer does not boot or start.
Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.
