Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr0000a (71U93AV)

 Who can I contact to restore my computer to its original state? It was repaired under warranty, but when it was returned, it had a developer build installed, which I never requested or knew anything about. I was simply trying to update my computer, but I couldn't because of the developer build.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP.  It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.
