Product: HP Gaming desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi!
I just purchased a new gaming desktop today and i was told that it would include a one year warranty. Now when i started it i can see that there's only 8 months left on the warranty, according to my hp account the warranty started in the end of september. The store was Elgiganten in Karlshamn, Sweden. What do i do to correct this?

Hello, this problem is frequent, it is probably the date when your reseller has bought the PC is recorded by HP.
However if you have the invoice of your PC, you can contest this date:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05084516
