i recently upgraded the cpu in my computer and it gave me an error about microcodes. i fixed that error by flashing the bios but now, windows won't boot so, i was troubleshooting that and then i got another error stating "ME is in Recovery State... 2210-Parameters Frame Error ME BIOS Extension module execution has halted. Update BIOS or Management Engine firmware if problem persists." i looked up what the Management Engine or ME was and it has something to do with the chipset? i'm not sure but windows still won't boot and now this error is here. what the chipset can do according to intel:
"Features include (but are not limited to):
- Low-power, out-of-band (OOB) management services
- Capability Licensing Service (CLS)
- Anti-Theft Protection
- Protected Audio Video Path (PAVP)"
specs: 8gb ddr2 ram, intel core 2 quad q9400, nvidea gt 720 and a 240gb ssd.
