HP ProDesk 600 G1 Small Form Factor PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so i was trying to put windows 10 (64 bit) on my HP ProDesk 600 G1 Small Form Factor PC and it gave me a message that read "non-system disk or disk error" and i cant figure out why?

Sounds to me like the PC is booting from the hard drive which must not have an operating system installed on it and not the USB W10 installation flash drive.

 

To boot from the USB flash drive, have it plugged into the PC's USB port, turn on the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the EFI flash drive with the Windows installation files on it and press the Enter key.

 

The PC should then boot from the flash drive and the Windows installation files should begin to load.
