Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)
my hp desktop is demanding that i check the drive with the VA image. what is VA image?
this is the masage: 2215-EIT failure. VA boot record read failure
ensure drive with VA image is installed corectly.
where do i find the drive with VA image in my desktop?
kindly help

Hi
It is possible the Hard Disk is failing.
You need to have a Recovery Media, DVD/USB made for re-installation.
Make a Recovery DVD/USB if you do not have one.
Make Backups also of important data/photos etc.
Run a Diagnostic check, and be prepared to replace the HDD.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
