Product: hp laptop

I’m not the best at computers and laptops so i am not sure what the actual issue or even what windows my laptop is

(for context, the top left of the screen has been cracked so i connect the laptop to the tv but it was a year ago)

Whenever i start my laptop, all it shows is a white screen and whenever i press esc or enter, the laptop beeps
