Sorry if I am in the wrong category, I did not see one for 'storage' issues.
Turns out I have very little storage in my computer eventhough it was supposed to have either 1 TB or 2 TB.
Instead it appears I have only 118 GB of capacity in my C drive which is nuts.
Wish I could upload a pic of my storage settings but I don't see that option.
Can someone tell me where I can find the rest of the storage capacity? Or a phone number where I can speak to a human?

hi
You saw that from the beginning, the computer is new?
or has it disappeared?
so if it's this model you have a 128 gb ssd, and a 1 tb hdd not 2 tb

@killerbrunette -- Wish I could upload a pic of my storage settings but I don't see that option.
Try this:
- Hold-down the Windows key (bottom-left of your keyboard).
- Tap the "E" key.
- Release the Windows key.
- Down the left-side of the new "File Explorer" window, click on "My PC".
- Towards the right-side of the window, click with the right-side mouse-button, on the "C:" drive-letter, and choose "Properties".
- You should see information about the capacity of this disk-drive, and a pie-chart to show how full the disk-drive is.
- With the mouse, Click on the "Windows" icon (bottom-left of the screen).
- Into the small window at the bottom of the new window, type SNIP but do not press ENTER.
- One of the choices should be the "Windows Snipping Tool".
- With your mouse, you can "draw" a rectangle on your screen, to take a "snapshort" of the area inside the rectangle.
- Then, click "Save" to save a copy of the selected area to a file.
- Repeat from #5, above, but selecting the 1TB (or 2TB) drive-letter, instead of the "C:" drive-letter.
- Upload the two files to this discussion forum.

Ok, one TB, but why is my C drive only 118 GB in size? Where is all the other storage?
I deleted a lot of stuff to get the C drive down to 102 but I would really like to tap into the 1 TB.
I don't see where I can upload a snapshot.

Of course is has -- as @Prométhée already told you the situation where you have a small (128GB) SSD and a larger (1TB) HDD.
The SSD holds the OS and accounts so of course it will have space taken up.
You should be storing personal files on the HDD. You have to go into your Web browsers and change their default download locations to a folder on the HDD.
