hp sd320a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

simple - the sd320a is not compatible with windows 10. So my investment in hp product is now defunct. Can't imagine why hp has not migrated their sd320a to windows 10 by now, but they should if they care about their customers. So my question stands - will they create a windows 10 driver for the sd320a? when will it be available? But, if not, why in hell not?

Your product: HP SimpleSave sd320a Portable Hard Drive

is a USB device, which should be supported by both Windows 7/8/10 and by MacOS.

Granted, the included "SimpleSave" software may possibly not be compatible with Windows 10.

What do you mean by "incompatible"? USB device not suppored, or software that does not run?

Open the Windows "Device Manager".

Expand the "USB" section.

Then, connect the SD320A, and watch the Device Manager window update.

What do you see?
