 io ho windows 10 su HP Compaq 6000 Pro MT e a me serve aggiornare il BIOS come faccio, se sulla paggina di driver e software per mio PC non c'e il sistemo operativo Windows 10. La mia domanda se posso aggiornare il BIOS con un file che fatto per esempio per Windows 7 ?

Hi:

 

Yes, you can use the latest BIOS update for W7 but you don't need to be in Windows to actually run the update.

 

Here's an easy and safe way to do it.

 

Run the W7 BIOS update file you want to install.

 

An information page will open.

 

Follow the instructions to update the BIOS using the F10 Setup BIOS flash method.

 

Get a USB flash drive.

 

Format it with the FAT32 file system.

 

At the bottom of the F10 BIOS setup flash method instructions, click on the 'View contents of DOS flash file' link.

 

Copy the files from that folder to your USB flash drive.  Just the files not the folder.

 

Restart the PC.

 

Press/tap the F10 key.

 

Select the File tab>Flash system ROM command.

 

Select the USB flash drive.

 

The PC will 'see' the BIOS update file on the flash drive.

 

Follow the on-screen instructions to update the BIOS.
