Product: HP all-in-one

My grandma couldn’t get In One Day and she got a new computer so I took it to fix it and it keeps saying

”windows cannot complete installation in safe mode...ext” 

and no option will work I need help to reset it to factory reset but I can’t get into the computer to do it it won’t let me log in and it won’t let me use mouse so I have to use the keyboard to move around

Try These step if you have not concerned about your data you may completely factory restore the computer.

and then after that, you get the same issue to let me know.
