Welcome to the HP Forum.
This Intel update offered by Windows Update seems to be a graphics driver update.
I would ignore this update if you have no device errors in Control Panel, Device Manager.
I disable driver updates offered by Windows to avoid hardware problems caused by faulty Windows updates.
You can stop HP firmware updates offered by Windows as follows: Enter Advanced System Settings in Search. Select the appropriate search result. Select the Hardware tab within the System Properties dialog box. Select Device Installation Settings. Select No. Save changes. Select Apply then OK.
It is best to get driver updates from the OEM (HP in your situation).

I have this error also. At or about this time, the computer fan(s) began running excessively fast. The issues may or may not be connected. Note that I have an NVIDIA T1000 graphics card, not Intel integrated graphics. Z8 Gen 5 desktop.
